BlueJacket Delivery LLC, an Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner), is part of the esteemed BlueJacket family, renowned for last-mile service excellence. We have expanded operations to Eastern Idaho and seek dedicated individuals driven to excel in a collaborative environment. As a non-DOT regulated delivery associate, you'll embody our company ethos, ensuring every delivery exceeds customer expectations with timely, safe, and courteous service.

Currently, we're hiring multiple full-time delivery associate positions in Jerome.

Responsibilities:

- Fulfill physically demanding tasks, including loading trucks, delivering packages in varied weather conditions, and navigating stairs and driveways.
- Operate independently to deliver packages safely and punctually, without assistance or unscheduled deliveries.
- Expect to work 4-5 days a week, with shifts up to 11 hours, starting as early as 10:15 AM.
- Adhere to strict safety standards, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Utilize GPS devices for navigation and record-keeping.
- Provide professional and positive customer interactions.
- Follow mapped delivery routes, track hours, and breaks, while complying with safety and traffic regulations.
- Lift and unload packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Communicate effectively with DSP and Amazon support teams to ensure exceptional service.
- Support team members as needed, including participating in rescue calls.

Requirements:

- Must be 21 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess a valid driver's license within the state of employment.
- Maintain a clean driving record (MVR) with less than 3 violations in 5 years.
- Ability to operate a delivery van (no CDL required) and lift up to 70 pounds.
- Handle stressful driving conditions, including inclement weather.
- Strong communication skills in English.
