Parts DriverA Parts Driver connects NAPA to other businesses that use NAPA parts. A person in this position is key for providing excellent service to customers that do not walk in our doors.Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, training and development, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, dental insurance, and employee discounts.Duties include building good relationships with NAPA customers, confirming accurate and swift delivery of parts, assisting with resolving issues for commercial customers, helping check-in and stock inventory, and sharing knowledge and skills to train new drivers.Benefits also include paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401 (k) match, store discount, and a uniform provided.Qualifications include a valid driver's license, ability to back into parking spots, previous retail experience preferred, GED, excellent attention to detail, and self-motivation.Other requirements include the ability to stand and walk for the entire work shift, capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds, ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids, and ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.*This is not a complete list of responsibilities.
