Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Billing Analyst to join a project for a utility company. The Billing Analyst is responsible for account resolution for unbilled customer accounts. The Billing Analyst will look at how the customer account is set up in the CCMB system, and utilize Excel spreadsheets that contain field data to enter the proper information into account page, therefore reducing the amount of unbilled accounts. Responsibilities include:n*Investigate and analyze billing issuesn*Account resolution for utility customer accounts that have not been billed yet due to a variety of reasons: no device connected, missing customer information, etc. n*Work in Excel to retrieve data from field contractors, and utilize that data to close out requests/resolve issues in CCMB system. n* Develop an efficient work and time management process for timely and accurate billing.n* Perform basic to complex research internally and externally.n* Communicate with stakeholders and partners inside and outside the department exchanging ideas or gathering information.n* Perform analysis on complex billing issues and determining the right outcome for the customer based off existing processes and data options.
