Your Missions

Commercial Advice

• Support commercial efficiency by taking charge of technical aspects alongside the sector commercial
• Enhance Stryker products during operating room assistances and demonstrations
• Clearly present product features and benefits, respecting Stryker standards
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of client relationships
• Conduct competitive surveillance and report relevant field information

Technical Support

• Independently assist surgeons in the operating room
• Support OR staff in mastering Stryker ancillary products
• Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for clients
• Support the implementation of the client empowerment plan
• Train internal teams on product ranges and their use

STS & Commercial Coordination

• Report on depot needs and analyze client stock management requirements
• Provide occasional help for depot inventories
• Participate in the management of pendings, regularizations, and logistics coordination
• Co-manage product logistics with internal teams

Administrative & Logistical Responsibilities

• Ensure logistical follow-up of orders and loans
• Ensure traceability of kits and transmission of shuttle sheets
• Report activities accurately in Nexus
• Report real-time malfunctions and delivery incidents

Cross-collaboration between divisions

• Build internal network and collaborate with other divisions
• Participate in specific meetings if requested
• Report client opportunities that could benefit other teams

Territory: (75,78,91,92,93,94,77), occasionally neighboring areas (Orléans, Reims)

• You are passionate about the operating room and orthopedics particularly interests you

• The position is based in home office. It requires daily travel to assist our clients (out of home 2/3 times per month). Occasional missions outside this geographical area may be requested based on client needs

Required qualifications:

• You have the diploma of IBODE or the Transitional Measures (MT10)
• Valid driver's license

Desired skills:

• Experience in orthopedics. You will in any case be accompanied to increase your competence on the hip & knee range
• Fluency in English will be considered an asset within an international group and on an evolving function

France Pay Ranges:

• France: €37,500 - €62,400 EUR Annual

The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker's comprehensive benefits package.
