We are seeking an Administrative/Billing Assistant to become an integral part of our Team! You will answer phones, do data entry and prepare invoices.
* Answer phones and emails, communicating politely and efficiently with customers.
* Inputting Service Calls into database/data entry
* Billing and Invoicing Customers
* Filing and perform all other assigned office tasks.
Qualifications & Essential Skills:
* Knowledge of standard computer programs, ie; Microsoft Word, Excel and Email systems.
* Customer Service Experience with ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment
* Proficient typist with ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks on time.
* Strong work ethic and self motivated
