We are looking for a new RN Site Manager to join our rapidly growing, progressive and fun pediatric group practice in Twin Falls, Idaho. Qualified applicants will preferably have experience in both management and clinical care. We are a busy clinic with seven providers and multiple supporting staff. Great time management and prioritization skills as well as leadership and interpersonal skills are important. Anticipated duties:

  • Oversee daily operations of clinic
  • Supervise front and clinical staff (utilizing front & clinical leads)
  • Respond to provider needs
  • Communicate with patient families
  • Correspond with outside vendors and companies
  • Attend and conduct meetings
  • Assist with provider scheduling
  • Work together with owners and practice director in the implementation of strategic planning objectives
  • Aid the HR Director in hiring and performing evaluations of staff
  • Support biller in addressing financial/coding concerns
  • Participate in cost-management strategies in clinic
