Element Heating and Cooling is hiring a Full Time Office Assistant to help with all office duties. This team member will be working at our Burley location. Job responsibilities will include: answering phones, scheduling jobs, carrying out administrative tasks, filing, typing, copying, maintaining office area, etc. The right candidate will have office experience, ability to multi-task, knowledge of Microsoft Office, attention to detail, problem solving skills and great customer service. Bilingual is a plus.
