Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. The Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for manufacturing products, assembling equipment, managing the warehouse, and servicing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manufacture specialty products according to the instructions provided, ensuring proper proportions and accurate measurements.

2. Assemble and test equipment, ensuring that all components are properly aligned and functioning correctly.

3. Manage the warehouse, ensuring that all products are stored safely and accurately in their designated locations.

4. Service customers by fulfilling orders, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

5. Maintain inventory levels by performing regular stock checks, ordering supplies when needed, and communicating with vendors.

6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, including the handling and storage of hazardous materials.

7. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move products and materials around the warehouse.

8. Complete paperwork and record keeping duties, such as maintaining logs and filling out shipping and receiving forms.

9. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as loading and unloading trucks, packing and unpacking products, and cleaning your work area.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.

3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, including inventory management, equipment assembly, and order fulfillment.

4. Experience with chemicals and working with hazardous materials.

5. Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

7. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

10. Flexibility to travel and work limited overtime as needed.
